On the newest issue of Weekly Shonen Jump magazine, it's been announced that the second season of assassination classroom TV anime will premiere on January 7, 2016, on Fuji TV, Kansai TV and other TV stations in Japan.
The main staff will return from the first season to work again for the 2nd season where Mr Seiji Kishi as Director, Mr Makoto Uezu as characters designer and Mr Makoto Uezu will take over the screenplays. Studio Lerch will produce this new season.

As a reminder, The first season of Assassination Classroom is a TV anime adaptation for Yusei Matsui's manga and had and it had a run of 22 episodes and aired on January 9 in Japan.

The teacher has just destroyed 70% of the moon and began threating to destroy the earth for the next unless his students can destroy him first. the teacher is the best teacher they've ever had which makes things more complicated.
