Rewrite Anime Gets First Trailer

Besides a new visual (see the poster above), The official website of Rewrite anime has also unveiled on Tuesday a first trailer for the anime adaptation from the Rewrite visual novel. The video was displayed for first during the "Winter Comic" event which held in Tokyo from December 29 to December 31.

The video features the designs for the main characters and confirms that the cast members from the Rewrite game adaptation will return to voice their characters.

The main cast includes:

• The voice actor, Masakazu Morita is playing the Kotarō Tennōji character.
• The voice actress, Chiwa Saito is playing the Kotori Kanbe character.
• The voice actress Saya Shinomiya is playing the Chihaya Ohtori character.
• The voice actress, Eri Kitamura is playing the Akane Senri character.
• The voice actress, Keiko Suzuki is playing the Shizuru Nanatsu character.
• The voice actress, Risa Asaki is playing the Lucia Konohana character.
• The voice actress, Kana Hanazawa is playing the Kagari character.

As revealed earlier, the anime is slated for release in Summer 2016. And Tensho will be directing the series and supervising it as well, while "Romeo Tanaka"  and "Kai  will be in charge of the series composition and scripts, and "Masayuki Nonaka" will serve as character designer.
